She has earned the Accredited Buyers’ Representation (ABR) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, which is awarded to Realtors who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Before becoming a Realtor, Kathy was a Communications Specialist for a biotechnology research institute at the University of Kentucky and for the National Association of State Treasurers in Lexington, Kentucky. Kathy has a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Radio/TV from Murray State University.

Kathy strives to be a positive role model for her daughters by supporting their activities in Girl Scouts and school functions.
