Real Estate Profile

I have been a Realtor with Bob Parks Realty for 13 years and a Corporate Accountant for 10 years prior to choosing the field of Real Estate. I am a current member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have earned the Graduate of Realtors Institute designation, and I am a Certified Residential Specialist. In addition to my associations with the organizations specific to real estate, I am affiliated with many Rutherford County groups and organizations. I am the current Chairman of the Community Advisory Council for Special Kids. Special Kids is a non-profit organization to assist children who are medically fragile and have special needs. I am also the 2006–07 Co-President and Treasurer of the Cross County Booster Club at Central Middle School and the Co-President of the Central Middle School PTC. I have two children currently enrolled in Rutherford County Schools and am very familiar with the city and county school systems.

I have represented several builders during my 13 years in business, and together we have built and sold hundreds of homes in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Rutherford County!
