As a lifelong resident of Murfreesboro, I am proud to be part of the
real estate community, helping families with their real estate needs in
Rutherford County and surrounding areas.

A Realtor since 1996, I have received the ABR designation, denoting my
certification to represent all home buyers.

I am extremely proud to have been an active parent during my son’s school
years and presently still attend high school games. I am married to Gregg
Peay and have 2 sons, Josh, age 25, and Adam, Age 21. My husband and I are
both graduates of MTSU and my oldest son graduated from UT-Knoxville.
